What art file should I send?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) give the cleanest result. A high-resolution PNG or JPG works for many jobs. Screenshots and tiny images usually need redrawing, and we can digitize or recreate your art if needed.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimums are low and depend on the item and the decoration method. Many jobs can be done as a single piece, and pricing per piece drops as quantity goes up.
How fast can you turn it around?
You get a free quote within one business day and a proof within three. Production starts once you approve the proof. Same-day and next-day rush is available on qualifying orders and may carry an extra charge.
What affects the price?
The garment, quantity, how complex the art is, the number of thread or print colors, the size and number of decoration spots, finishing and turnaround time.
Can I bring my own garments?
Yes, customer-supplied items are welcome with approval in advance. Or choose from more than 25,000 blank styles from brands like Gildan, Hanes, Port Authority, Bella + Canvas, Carhartt, Nike and New Era.
Do you ship?
Yes. Pick up at the shop by appointment or have your order shipped anywhere.
